Your Birth Doula is tasked with the protection of your safe space during labour. You will be guided and assisted throughout the labour in natural pain relief to ensure you get the birth you deserve.
We are strategically partnered with 2 private birthing centers. But our Doula can assist with guidance on which recommended hospital or birthing center would suit your needs the best.
Your Doula will provide continuous support and guidance during your pregnancy. She will provide clarity on any concerns you may have or refer you to the a recommended expert in your area.
Where necessary, the Doula will be able to provide guidance on many concerns a parent may have. From bathing your baby to recommended products you may require.
Breastfeeding Support
Our Doula can assist with SOME of the niggles you may have during breastfeeding. Where necessary, we will put you in contact with a lactation specialist in or around your area to provide more expert guidance.
Bereavement Doula Support
Your bereavement doula is a support pillar to yourself and your husband in the instance of the loss of your baby. The doula can assist with the arrangement of items to remember your Angel Baby.
Parental Preparation Classes
Our Parental Preparation Classes are similar to Ante-Natal classes. We cover a vast amount of topics from pregnancy, the birth and beyond! This fun, interactive classes is perfect for first time parents as we also cover some first aid and home safety.
First Aid Classes
Our parent company PDA Health assists with this element. We offer anything from Parental first aid to First aid Level 3 for those parents who want to expand their knowledge. The parental First aid covers everything from CPR and choking to convulsions and fractures!
